This is a new and at the same time traditional technique: to elaborate it, I started from the most ancient techniques of stellar astrology, already known and used by the Egyptians, namely the heliacal phases and the paranatellonta. The fourth part is focused on a technique for locating world events, based on the stars and constellations that rule a certain place, but also on the planets. It is a new technique that I have recently developed, but always using traditional principles and techniques.

I have applied it to dozens of world events with excellent results.
